Surely we have all heard or used the word conflict, but do we know what it refers to? What is the first thing we imagine
when we hear it? Are all conflicts the same?

In their work as members of the Fair Trade Committee they may face different types of conflicts, so it is important to know
how to handle these situations correctly.

A conflict is any situation in which two or more people perceive that they have opposing goals or different opinions. Understanding this is important to be able to manage the conflict and propose lasting solutions to resolve it.
