Learning about communication management

In order to accomplish all your tasks and new challenges, it is very important that you are able to communicate your ideas with your colleagues. Knowing how to communicate what you are thinking will help you both at work and in the Committee.

The members of the Fair Trade Committee need to communicate with their co-workers for many reasons. The implementation and results of a project, the realization of a workers’ assembly, among other things. It is important to learn some basic principles in communication.
